This bear is some kind of robot. Robo-bear. He has no soul and can't believe in God like all humans do. You can notice in the background the ghastly scene he just left where he slew a bunch of Canadian school children and their teacher. No reason, he just went beserck. No way we were going near this loathsome pseudo-bear after the grisly appalling horror he created in the background. There's nothing as un-American as a Canadian bear.
